From the time I entered the facility to the time I left everything was perfect

It's very sad that the facility does not accept Medical Insurance. All tests, except the free heart scan are very expensive and not covered by Insurance.

Clean facility , Nice staff, but be ready for the hard sell for imaging the entire body. The "Free" Cardiac scan is to get you into the office. For folks who can afford it and have multiple health problems they may be a benefit.

From start to finish everything was professionally handled. Juliana Sobral, the patient advocate, explained in detail about the heart scan & the full body scan. She was personable, professional & knowledgeable.

The facility was very clean and modern. The staff was very courteous, pleasant and professional. However, there was a long wait time, although I had been warned in advance that all in all I should expect to be there up to 90 minutes. The soft sell for the full body scan was expected and not over the top. I appreciated that when I said clearly I was not interested, my answer was immediately respected and no further pressure was applied.
